Reactive - Costs 1 Knack to use each time. Knack cost can be paid any time a reactive skill has a use. Paying the Knack cost allows the use of the skill but does not guarantee success. Unwillingness or inability to pay the Knack cost results in an inability to use a reactive skill. Reactive actions may be used out of turn without regard to combat speed. In the event order matters when two or more react to an event use combat speed to determine the order of reactions.
