Refocus allows a creature to regain some focus in the middle of combat quickly. The Refocusing stance can be used if the creature's focus is below their refocus skill. At the top of each round that the creature has been in Refocusing stance, they gain back 1 additional focus when they recover focus.

Refocus also reduces the focus cost of any verse you recite by half your Refocus skill. You can further increase Refocus with Perfect Focus
